Construction for FDOT SR 84 & I-75 Connector Ramp Begins September 19
The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded a contract to begin construction, on September 19, on a new entrance ramp from eastbound SR 84 to southbound I-75. The project also includes the installation of sound walls and overhead sign structures. This is a CodeRed call from the City Manager’s office of the City of Weston, Florida on Wednesday afternoon March 18, 2020 to update our residents and businesses regarding City operations and responses to the Coronavirus outbreak.
The City continuously monitors and shares information from the CDC, the Florida Department of Health and other government agencies which we post on the Weston website at WestonFL.org/Coronavirus

All City of Weston administrative offices, have closed to the public effective today, March 18 until further notice. All City business WILL continue online or by phone. Phones will be answered from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call 954-385-2000.

For the Building Department, Permitting services will continue online and by phone during their regular business hours - Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at 954-385-0500 and WestonFL.org/Permits

There is no impact on garbage and recycling collection. A reminder there is no impact to water service and your Weston tap water is fine drink.

Effective today, all restaurants in Weston shall close for onsite dining no later than 10 p.m. daily. After 10 p.m., restaurants may remain open for drive-thru, take-out and deliver services only.
If you are at risk due to a disability or health issue, regardless of age, please register for the Vulnerable Population Registry by calling 3-1-1.
